Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Johannesburg. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business leads, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and resources
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the sales process and sales principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
