An exciting opportunity exists for an IT ADMINISTRATOR 8-MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT at AVI LIMITED IT SHARED SERVICES in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Executive Team and ad hoc support to the ITSS Finance Team.

Key Performance Areas:
Maintain standards, processes and templates (5%)Create/Update templatesMaintain Systems billingReview and update templates on SharePoint Billing (20%)Process operational expense workflowsGather and reconcile monthly and yearly vendor and project billingObtain Purchase Orders through submission of requisitions Maintain documentation on SharePoint (10%)EXCO / MANCO agenda and minutes compiled and uploaded to SharePointUpload documentation to SharePoint with the correct naming conventionMaintain risk/issue/lessons learned registers on SharePoint General administration (30%)Order and maintain stationary & Office refreshmentsArrange functions i.e. year-end function, team building, team lunchesScanning and filing of documentationManage mailing groupsCall screening for the Executive Team Meeting Management (20%)Organise meetings/workshops and ensure all logistics are consideredEnsure agenda is distributed, attendees and venue confirmedEquipment tested and set up Travel arrangements (10%)Organise and manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodation and car hire)
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
2 years Office AdministrationAt least 1 year working and reporting into ExecutivesAt least 1 year working across cross-functional teamsPrevious working experience in Finance Administration would be highly beneficial
