Clover is offering young people without jobs an amazing opportunity to work as merchandisers in the sales department. The program is headquartered at multiple Clover offices, including Clayville, Bloemfontein, CDC Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Queensburgh, and Port Shepstone, and its goal is to give participants a full year of job experience. Clover is dedicated to enhancing the skills of South African youngsters.

Manage and Organize Stock:
Wherever Clover stock is handled, implement appropriate stock control procedures in-store and as a backup.
Manage, reduce, and record returns in line with the store work schedule.
Prevent out-of-stock scenarios and notify the AM if they arise.
In accordance with the ordering tempo, place precise and timely orders.
Make sure the merchandise is always tidy and clean on the shelf.
Make sure the store is following corporate policy when it comes to crate and equipment control.
At all times, cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with the store’s management, AM, HO, clients, and other merchandisers.

Utilize Appropriate Shelf Control:

As directed by the AM, pack shelves according to the Store Flow while following fundamental merchandising guidelines.
Make sure the refrigerator is always kept in good working order.
Keep the designated shelf set in accordance with the plannos or general shelf set that are given.
Keep the product’s PI label up to date at all times.
Place point-of-sale materials in their designated locations and keep them there at all times.
Continue with pertinent administration
Make the most of every opportunity in-store to increase the visibility of the products on the shelf.
Create and Preserve Effective Business Relationships:
Maintain constant communication with customers, other merchandisers, AM, HO, and store management.
